The C Gallery offers Friday Night Figure Drawing with instructor, Ken Doud.
Ken emphasizes anatomy as well as creative mark-making and holds a Masters of Fine Arts from UCSB. He recently presented his computer-generated renderings of Pleistocene period megafauna in his presentation, "Figueroa Mountain Game Preserve" at the Wilding Museum in Los Olivos. His Friday Night Figure Drawing class is intimate with only five people drawing from a live model and periodically critiquing the drawings. Class is on-going, and registration is month by month. Drop-ins are welcome if reservations are made in advance and if there is room. Most materials are provided, as are refreshments. There is a fee.
